Exhibitors receives one, 8-foot x 3-foot table, electrical outlet (if needed), and two exhibitor badges. There will be a continental breakfast, two 30-minute breaks and a lunch on both days. Set-up starts at 7:00 AM on Tuesday and tear down will begin at 5:00 PM on Wednesday. If you need to set up the night before, special arrangements will be needed.
After you register, PLEASE e-mail me your top three preferences for exhibitor spots email@example.com. These will be determined on a first come, first served basis by the time stamp on the email. I will let you know which table you have been assigned to prior to the event. Also, please send an electronic copy of your logo along with contact information including your company name, name of company representative, address, phone number and email address to be placed in each attendee’s notebook to Eric Lowe at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I will update the booth assignments periodically and publish them.
*Please Note: If you need to ship your display, this facility CANNOT accept shipments. Please arrange to ship items in advance to your hotel or some alternate pickup point. There are several Fed Ex and UPS stores available in the area.*
Each attendee will receive a flash drive with all the presentations. We can also load any of your brochures or sales material onto the flash drive.
